东京语言学校文化体验｜留学生体验日本夏季传统“流水素面”

作为东京语言学校留学生文化体验活动的一部分，ECC东京语言学校举办了日本夏季传统体验活动——流水素面（流しそうめん）！

留学生の文化体験として、日本の夏の風物詩「流しそうめん」を行いました！

As part of our cultural experience activities for international students, we enjoyed Nagashi Somen, one of Japan’s classic summer traditions!

素面是日本家庭夏季经常食用的料理，而“流水素面”则是将素面放入流动的水中，用筷子夹起来品尝。在餐厅等场所体验流水素面的机会并不多，因此对留学生来说也是一次非常新鲜的日本文化体验。

そうめんは日本の家庭で夏によく食べられますが、「流しそうめん」をお店などで体験できる機会は少ないので、留学生のみなさんにとっても新鮮な体験だったと思います。

Somen noodles are commonly enjoyed at home in Japan during the summer, but there are not many opportunities to experience Nagashi Somen at restaurants or other venues, so it was a rare and special experience for our international students.
